We'll be off to Bethany Beach, Delaware for a cooking demo and presentation of eating "Chesapeake Style."
I'll be appearing at the "Taste of Coastal Delaware" festival being held at the Marketplace at Sea Colony. The address is Coastal Highway (Route 1) at West Way in Bethany Beach.
This is the 10th annual Taste of Coastal Delaware and it's southern Delaware's biggest and best tasting event, where guests can sample delicacies from the best restaurants at the beach along with beer and wine tastings and live music.
I'll be on stage at 2:30, cooking up some of my "Miss Lillian's Flounder - Chesapeake Style" and we'll have copies of my latest book, Coastal Cooking with John Shields and a few of my DVDs for sale there too. Hope all my friends from the eastern shore can stop by for a fun afternoon.
