Producer's Notes:
This show was a pleasure to work on! Beautiful weather, waterside location, wonderful grounds--what more do you need? Guest chef Bill was a trooper, and came exceptionally prepared for his recipe. The full-length version of the stuffed ham recipe was almost a 1/2 hour long. We spent a good amount of time in the editing suite trimming it to acceptable length. We had a lot of visitors on location that day, adding to the festive atmosphere. One of the highlights: watching John demonstrate the green bean recipe. Just seeing how much butter he uses will slow your heart down!
