Join us for a cooking demo and luncheon on August 17th featuring the best of local summer vegetables presented by the Chesapeake's First Lady of Local Food, Joan Norman. Beyond the vegetables, we will learn about Joan & Drew Norman's sustainable, integrated farming practices at One Straw Farm and how it affects our health, the health of the community and the health of the Bay. Joan is one of the Chesapeake's best storytellers too!
